The house is approximately 2 km. from the small town of Suvereto, 250 metres above sea level in the fascinating Tuscan Maremma and 20 km from the enchanting Gulf of Baratti. It forms part of a small residential complex of four independent units, each with their own broad sweep of land (none less than 10,000 square metres) in an exclusive, silent and romantic area immersed in the Mediterranean coastal macchia.

The striking landscape is alive with plant life typical of the macchia, such as olive trees, cork oaks, hedgerows, rosemary bushes, sage, myrtle, rose-laurel and many others.

It’s an ideal place to stretch out in a hammock or under a tree and simply read or sleep.
