Who hasn’t at least once dreamed of spending their holiday in Tuscany? This region’s taste for tradition has been maintained and preserved for centuries. Tourists seeking a relaxing holiday will find a landscape with a thousand views, hills lined with cypress avenues and wrapped in chestnut woods and Mediterranean macchiabushland, cities packed with art and archaeology, wine and food tours, clean seas and beaches, seductive islands within easy reach, thermal baths and a hundred of other attractive options tailor-made for an unforgettable holiday.

The Maremma
The Maremma area runs along the Tyrrenian coast south from the province of Leghorn as far as upper Lazio. Until a couple of centuries ago it was covered with wetlands and swamps. Extensive reclamation has transformed it into fertile land cultivated with all manner of tasty home-grown fruits and vegetables, turning the Maremma into an area that combines all the marvels of Tuscany.


The house is surrounded by a large, private park, overlooking the ancient castle of Suvereto, plunged in a wonderful landscape among olive trees, cypresses and many Mediterranean bushes. The early 70’ building stands on two levels. The lower one, has own entrance and outdoor space. This place is not going to be rented, and it’s just occasionally used by the owner. The apartment we rent, is at the upper floor, has own entrance and own large outdoor space, terracotta terrace, etc. The flat is approx. 80 m² , fully furnished and is composed by:

  • A salon with fireplace
  • A full kitchen
  • A bathroom with shower and bath
  • One double bedroom
  • One bedroom with two beds (convertible into a double)
  • A garden, panoramic tiled terrace, a pergola for relaxing among the trees, a shaded parking area, etc.

The outdoor spaces
The outdoor areas can be enjoyed in various ways: one can eat or take the sun on the panoramic tiled terrace, or rest in the pergola under the trees, or on one of the panoramic terraces in the park.

Rental period
Weeks Saturday to Saturday from May to November, either weekly or monthly.

Our hospitality
The person who meets you will welcome you in your mother tongue; so don’t worry about having to express yourself in Italian or English, German or French. After showing you how to work all the domestic and/or other equipment we will remain discretely available to help with any other needs.
We will be delighted to give you directions to restaurants, suggest itineraries and the best places to visit, depending on the season, the time available, specific interests etc.
